Return Policy

Vitaplus US Inc. is dedicated to your satisfaction. If you are not completely pleased with a product you purchased, we're here to assist.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Attempts to return an item after this period may result in the item being sent back to your default delivery address, with you responsible for any shipping costs.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

Please note that several types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as chilled, frozen, and other short shelf-life food products.

To process your return, we require the product and a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your receipt back to the manufacturer. Note that pictures of the item will not suffice for return processing.

Non-Refundable Situations

Partial or no refunds will be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Claims of faulty products when the customer does not return the product to the store within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your provided bank account within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@vitaplusus.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@vitaplusus.com and send your item to: Vitaplus US Inc., 3270 Seldon Ct #1, Fremont, CA 94539, United States.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to: Vitaplus US Inc., 3270 Seldon Ct #1, Fremont, CA 94539, United States.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
